I first encountered Bixby bars during a Bike Maine event back in 2017, and I've been hooked ever since. The dark chocolate/peanut butter/sea salt version is my favorite; a perfect combination with top notch chocolate....and I have eaten many high end Swiss and Belgian chocolates in my day.
